Euro Funding
Goverment Office for the North East recently announced a call for ESF projects; as Stockon continues to develop new and innovative ways to use EU funds. One example is an application from tees valley housing group, a project called “investing in each other” This project aims to fund a total of six local residents, to train in a variety of environmental issues, training that will improve their chances of getting a job in the future. The project is now undergoing the appraisal process and the Package eagerly awaits its ultimate approval. Meanwhile, GONE has announced a “rolling process” for future bidding rounds, Tees Valley are now constantly developing bids and working them up to Full Application stage in order that they may be submitted on demand. Sara-Jane Heslop, the Stockton Objective 2 Priority 4 Package Coordinator said, there has never been better time to apply for European Funding.
